Credit Application
Generally, the credit approval process takes from one to two weeks, depending on how promptly your bank and trade references respond to us. We will process your application as quickly as possible. First time orders can be processed during the period COD, or by credit card.
There are two ways you can apply for credit with American Recordable Media:
- You can print our Credit Application form and mail the application in or fax it to us (Recommended).
- You can call and your Account Representative who will be happy to fax the application to you. You can then fax the completed form back or mail it.
Shipping Policy
We ship from 5 warehouses nationwide. As a result, delivery times range from 1 to 4 days with most locations receiving product in 1 to 2 days. All orders received by 1:00pm will be shipped that day if the product is available. We maintain a large inventory of all products and will in most cases have what you need on hand. Please contact your Account Representative to answer any specific questions you may have about shipping time and shipping charges.
Return Policy
Product may not be returned, under any circumstances without a Return Authorization Number, which must be obtained within 30 days of the product being received at your location. No credit can be given without this number. We take full responsibility for defective product, but cannot accept responsibility for product damaged during shipping, or by other means outside of our control. All shipments must be carefully inspected before signing the freight bill. Concealed damage is the responsibility of the customer, and must be reported to the carrier within 15 days.
Return Check Policy
All return checks will incur a $25 service charge, and terms of sale will revert to certified funds or credit card.
Return Equipment Policy
20% restocking fee on CD & DVD equipment.
